5.3 No SMS

Cognere does not send SMS messages and does not collect mobile opt-in data.

6. International data transfers

Cognere is hosted in Germany (Hetzner Cloud, EEA jurisdiction). Noble Cortex Inc. is incorporated in the United States, so when we read your email or respond to your inquiry the information may be accessed from the US. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the US, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is self-certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep it

  • Email inquiries: 2 years from last contact, then deleted.
  • Server logs: 30 days.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The public pages of cognere.ai set no cookies. We use no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

The only cookies anywhere in the system belong to our content-management login at /admin, used solely by our own editors and never by site visitors: a strictly necessary session cookie and a CSRF token, set only after an editor signs in.

We honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Because we run no tracking, there is nothing for them to disable.

9. Your privacy rights
